Four Winds Villa is located approximately 5 miles west of Ocho Rios, in Old Fort Bay. This lovely resort villa is directly on the sea with large private beach and sheltered lagoon. The home opens into a spacious living room and sun room with sliding doors that open onto the lawn and lead out to the pool and ocean. A separate formal dining room seats eight with tall arched windows opening to fresh sea breezes and is directly off the living room. All the bedrooms have been refurbished (1999) and have full bath, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is upstairs and the other three bedrooms are on the first floor: bedroom #2 with queen bed, bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 with two twin beds. Also downstairs is a large pool room. This spacious indoor/outdoor room overlooks the swimming pool and is perfect for lounging or informal meals. Outdoor recreation includes a large freshwater pool, large sandy private beach, sheltered marina, ocean-side gazebo and well maintained, lighted tennis court.The villa has telephone, satellite television, video, CD player and stereo system.
